Privacy Policy

I collect the minimum needed to sell you this product and nothing more.

• Checkout: handled entirely by Payhip. Your payment details never touch my systems — see Payhip's own privacy policy for how they process payment data.
• Account (Bundle only): to unlock AI Examiner access after buying the Bundle, you'll create an account (email + password, or Google sign-in) via Supabase. This is used only to match your purchase to your access — I don't use it for marketing.
• Free sample: to try the free sample AI Examiner, I'll ask for your email first. I store this to build a list of people interested in Oral Room and to send occasional updates — you can unsubscribe at any time, and I don't share this with anyone else.
• AI Examiner: the examiner is built on ElevenLabs' Conversational AI platform. When you use it, your voice and/or typed answers are sent directly from your browser to ElevenLabs to generate the examiner's responses — this doesn't pass through my own servers. See ElevenLabs' privacy policy for how they process and retain conversation data. Conversations may be retained on ElevenLabs' platform as part of my agent's history.
• Cookies: this site uses only the cookies needed to make it work — keeping you signed in (Supabase), and running checkout (Payhip) and the AI Examiner (ElevenLabs). No cookies are used for advertising or tracking you across other sites. This site does not use Google Analytics or any tracking/advertising cookies.
• Email: if you contact me directly, I keep that email only as long as needed to help you, then delete it.
• No selling data: I don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.

Terms of Sale

• What you're buying: a digital PDF flashcard deck and study pack (Core Pack), or the same plus access to the AI Examiner tool (Bundle). Delivery is instant, via Payhip download link / account access.
• Personal use only: these materials are for your own exam prep. Please don't redistribute, resell, or share the PDF or your AI Examiner access with others.
• Not official material: this is independently written study content based on one engineer's own exam preparation. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or reviewed by the MCA, and it does not replace official MCA guidance, approved textbooks, or your college/training provider's materials.
• No guarantee of exam outcome: this is a study aid. It's designed to help you prepare, not a guarantee you'll pass.
• Accuracy: content has been checked against the current MCA syllabus as of August 2026, but syllabus and requirements can change — always cross-check anything safety-critical against current official sources.
• Right to cancel: under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. Because this product is delivered to you instantly on purchase, by completing checkout you agree that delivery starts immediately and you waive the 14-day cancellation right from that point — see the Refund Policy for what still applies.

Refunds

Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, I can't offer refunds once it's been downloaded or the AI Examiner has been accessed — there's no way to "return" a PDF.

That said: if something's actually wrong (file won't open, payment issue, duplicate charge, AI Examiner not working), email contact@oralroom.app and I'll sort it — replacement, fix, or refund, whichever's fair.
